# One Day Software Team Leader Skills Class - Lund, Sweden

I will be doing a one day class for new and experienced software team leaders about important skills you need to "make" it as a team leader.

In the class you will learn how to identify and act according to the three maturity phases of a software team. how to understand and influence behaviors of team members and upper management, and more.
